"Always & Forever"

Review of "Always & Forever", the album
By: Lianne Williams
Date: 10th June, 1997

'Always & Forever' was the first album released from Eternal, and what a right bag of goodies it was! It includes smash hits like 'Stay' and 'Crazy', and it won the hearts of many people around the world.

'Always & Forever' was released just before Christmas 1993, and it peaked in the charts at number two. A great start to the Eternal girls' career, 'Always & Forever' is an album which many people around the globe will recognise for years to come because of its great sound. There are plenty of songs on the album for people of all musical tastes to enjoy. Even if you are not a great fan of R&B or soul, there are tracks such as 'Just A Step From Heaven' and 'Crazy' for you to enjoy.

The album mainly contains up-beat tracks like 'Save Our Love' and 'So Good', although there is the odd slower track, for example 'Oh Baby I...' No matter what your tastes are, 'Always & Forever' is an album suited to all types.

Like many others, I personally could listen to this album over and over again and never get fed up with it. The feeling that you get from this album is one that makes you want to get up and dance no matter what song is playing. I don't think anyone could honestly say they could sit still whilst listening to this, because it will most certainly have people up dancing, while shyer people will definately be tapping their feet!

Put it this way... 'Always & Forever' is an album you won't be able to take sitting down.
